an old college tradition continues
back in college my roommates (H&W) used to make dumplings from scratch including the wrapper a few times a semester and freeze them for late nights and finals week. that tradition has returned in bschool!
ingredient list
- pork, tofu
- green onions, cilantro, chives, napa cabbage
- garlic, ginger
- kirin, soy sauce, sesame oil
- salt and pepper
- flour, salt and hot water (for the wrapper)
cooking method
- saute in teaspoon of oil till golden brown on one side
- flip over and pour three tablespoons of water in pan and cover to steam
- let the water evaporate and saute till both sides are golden brown
