the hollywood hills

back in may of 2007 i did a shoot up near the hollywood sign (you can't see it because we're shooting down the mountain and not up it). this is a previously unreleased image that i editted recently. i don't think it's on my photo site or on any of the social networking sites. besides the pretty model the thing i like best about the image are the rolling hills in the background. image info is below.

here the sunlight is coming in from the right side and bring the side and back light on the model. a zoomed and snooted nikon flash is set to the left and is aimed at her face and upper body. i don't remember how strong but it was most likely 1/2 power since i was shooting at f/16. unless it was very close and then maybe i could have gotten away with 1/4. you can tell the flash was zoomed and snooted because her right leg is almost completely black.
